Let me know if you have any ideas about the custom design for your wedding invitations. Perhaps you’ve seen some samples of our previous work that you like, or you have other reference images. The more info and detailed your design brief, the better I can understand your vision.

If you don’t know, that’s something we can help you with too! The best ideas have to start somewhere.

Once your order is confirmed, I will work up a sketch draft. At this stage, you can make any amendments and tweaks before I start to work on the coloured design.

For wedding portrait illustrations, let me know any details you want to include eg, style of wedding dress, colour of wedding suit/tie, hair style etc. It doesn’t have to be wedding clothes either, you can choose whatever you wish.

After the sketch draft, I will work up the coloured version for you and will also incorporate your wording on the back/inside of the wedding invitation.

Some small tweaks may be needed during this process, but please bear in mind that any major edits or reworking of the wedding illustration may incur an extra fee.

I would allow between 6-9 weeks turnaround for fully bespoke wedding illustrations.

Once your wedding invitations are nearing the finish line, we will make sure that you are happy with everything. And then I will send you a final print proof and sign off form to confirm go ahead for printing.

Printing/finishing/delivery takes between 5-8 working days. This is something to consider if you have a tight deadline to work backwards from.
